PacInfo
provides state-of-the-art project management. Our engineering managers
have experience on all types of projects, from single-engineer tasks to
coordinating many engineers on one project. One of our people once led
a department of over 100 engineers.
Our system can provide:
1. Detailed time and task tracking and reporting:
Timecard records are summarized in PacInfo’s report to the client. Project
tasks can be defined to whatever detail is desired.
2. Risk assessment and management:
At project start, the risks are identified in two categories—technical
and managerial—and plans to mitigate risks are developed. Management of
these risks becomes part of the ongoing project communications.
3. Dual status reporting:
One status report covering technical issues—accomplishments, plans, problems.
Another status report covers management issues—funding issues, risks, potential
problems.
4. Single contact responsibility:
For every project, both a technical and management contact are designated. In
general, the project is conducted using the technical contact as a single point
of contact, but the management contact is always available to address any issues
that may arise.
5. Processes:
PacInfo has experience with a wide variety of engineering
development processes, including CMM and IEEE development
processes. Further, PacInfo has experience with industry standards
such as FDA Regulations, RTCA’s DO-178B, and SAE Recommended
Practices.
